CVS Health Foundation awards $2 million in Hometown Fund grants

The CVS Health® Foundation today announced it awarded $2 million in grants as part of its 2023 Hometown Fund to support its neighbors and communities. These investments will strengthen organizations in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island working to increase access to equitable health care and address health-related social needs that are a result of underlying social determinants of health.

Comcast NBCUniversal and NBCUniversal Local, a division of NBCUniversal that includes NBC/Telemundo owned stations, today announced that 81 nonprofits will receive a combined total of $2.475 million in unrestricted grants to support nonprofit organizations that are helping to improve their local communities with unique and innovative programming in three grant categories including Next Generation Storytellers, Youth Education & Empowerment, and Community Engagement.
