Children in Placement (CIP) is a statewide, nonprofit organization devoted to improving the lives of abused and neglected children in Connecticut.

Sadly, our state continues to grapple with the harsh reality of nearly 15,000 substantiated cases of child abuse and neglect each year. The need for CIP remains profound and unwavering.

Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers serve as the voice of these children in legal proceedings, ensuring their best interests are heard, understood, and prioritized.
